Friends and Family Test (April) – Patient Responses

Shown are Kingfisher Practice’s results from Friends and Family Test, which we sent to all patients. The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was created to help understand whether patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. In total, we received 78 responses in April. Please see the breakdown and some of our responses below:

  • Although I didn’t know this doctor she was extremely professional and thorough. My questions were answered, issues were addressed and time was spent listening to me. It was excellent- and I didn’t feel hurried but at the end felt a bit bad that I had taken so much time talking etc when other people were waiting. Extremely impressed with the thoroughness of my session with gp. She put things in place quickly and followed up with appointments and tests. Advice given and questions were asked of me to check matters raised.

  • The GP Dr Rebecca Carey is excellent, understanding and considerate! Most of the reception staff are also helpful and accommodating.
