- The reception team were brilliant – always get my phone calls answered quickly and appointment was booked with ease. At the appointment I really appreciate seeing the same doctor consistently because and really appreciate the fact that she remembers details about my health from previous visits. Dr Bella Shah is amazing – she always listens and gets things sorted asap – when I need blood tests and when my baby needed his vaccinations rearranged etc. she always does things there and then and always follows up on results quickly.
- Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to one of your staff Mr Reuben Bennett. Every interaction I have had with him over the last few years has been an excellent experience. His customer service skills are a true asset to the practice.
- I just want to say a heartfelt thank you for the care, kindness, and dedication you show every day. Your hard work makes such a difference to people’s lives, and it does not go unnoticed. Please know that you are deeply appreciated and valued.
- Dr. Carey was very attentive, and picked up on problems that other medical personnel have missed.
- I’ve been a patient best part of 40yrs. My children have also been patients. As far as GPs go you absolutely meet the needs of all your patients. I have many health concerns which have been thoroughly supported over the years.
- Left with a plan of action, including a follow up. Very understanding doctor (Dehal) who takes time to listen and explain things with different reasonable options. Best doctor around and for non-urgent matters I would rather wait for dr dehal to be available.
- I was called on as soon as I sat down. Doctor Dehal explained that he had a student Doctor with him and would it be okay to proceed with him present. After my consultation I asked if it would be possible to have another Blood as I am feeling very weak and tired. It was not an issue. Dr Dehal told me to book a follow up appointment with him 1 week after the blood test had been done. The young male Receptionist organised this for me very quickly and gave me a choice of times.
- I requested an appointment, following a number of short focal seizures. My wife called at 13:15 and booked an appointment for me at 16:10. I then had a telephone call from Dr Dehal, and a telephone consultation was completed by 14:30. My recent health record is complicated, but Dr Dehal clearly understood the issues, and planned a way forward – a referral to Charing Cross hospital. The speed of response, understanding and solution – simply brilliant, and my thanks to Dr Dehal for the reassurance given
- I needed an urgent appointment and the gentleman at reception helped, the doctor I saw was thorough so the whole experience was good.
- I had my consultation with Dr Francesca, and I really appreciated her level of care, concern & understanding. I would like to thank her for her help & the advice she provided.
- I saw the Doctor, he listened to me and answered all my questions. He explained what would happen next and it did, I was referred on to another department and contacted immediately which was very efficient, very grateful for the help
- Friendly practitioners and very quick waiting times. My test results were very quick too.
- Excellent very thorough appointment with practice nurse.
- The phlebotomist I saw was very friendly and has excellent bedside manners. I have needle phobia so was panicking but he made the whole experience seemless. He’s a star
