Enjoys running, has completed 9 marathons to date, also enjoys Yoga, travelling and is a new lover of paddle boarding.

GP Partner

Dr Simran Dehal (m) Bsc (Hon), MRCGP. MBBS

Qualified University of Leeds 2005.

Joined the practice as a Registrar in August 2010, was a salaried GP from 2011 – 2020 when he became a Partner.

Works Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

Special Interests : Paediatrics, General & Older Adults Medicine.

Dr Tina Rajapakse  MBBS BSc MRCGP DCH DRCOG DFFP

Joined Kingfisher practice in 2020 and currently working Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Special interests: Women’s health, contraceptive services and menopause, and medical education

(Trained in UCL, qualified in 2001)

Enjoys  – enjoy yoga, gardening, reading and spending time with family.

Dr Jane Philip (f)
GP

Dr Jane Philip MBChB (Bristol 1976)

FRCGP, DCH, DRCOG, DFSRH, Certificate in Medical Education, ILM Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring.

Joined Kingfisher Practice, Maswell Park, in December 1981.

Special Interests; Care of the Elderly, Women’s’ Health, Child health and Medical Education. In addition to work in the practice, I act as a GP appraiser and mentor.

Greatest achievements; Developing GP Training in the practice over the last 20 years. Many of our ex-trainees are now local GPs.

Currently working Monday afternoons.

 Interests outside the practice; Yoga, walking, reading, gardening, swimming and

grandchildren.

Dr Natalie De Silva (f)
Salaried GP

Dr Natalie De Silva MBBS (University of London 2011), MChem (Oxon), DRCOG, DFSRH.

Joined Kingfisher Practice, Maswell Park, in 2016 as a GP registrar and remained at the practice following completion of GP training in 2018.

Special interests: Women’s Health, Child Health.

Currently working Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.

Interests outside of the practice: running, swimming, reading, spending time with family.

Graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2014.

Started as a registrar at Kingfisher in August 2019 is now a salaried GP.

Special interests: Working part time as a GP in digital health.

Interests outside of work include painting, travelling, staying active and spending time with friends and family!
